The Driver of the Month Award honors an individual that dedicated their time and efforts in Customer Service as well as all around service to Koch Trucking.

On and off the road, we celebrate women by highlighting their accomplishments and aim to drive long-term success by minimizing gender-based obstacles within the industry. Here is our 2022 Driver of the Year, with over two decades of driving with Koch, we are beyond proud to honor her with this award. Our Driver of the Year and Driver of the Month awards honor the drivers who commit their time and effort to customer service and are committed to Koch’s core values of Respect, Excellence, Safety, and Innovation.
Koch’s driver mentor program partners new drivers with experienced drivers who offer support on and off the road when starting their career at Koch. We always strive to pair women drivers with women mentors because their unique experiences and insights are invaluable. Our dispatch and safety teams are always available for support, but we recognize that sometimes a driver who shares some of the same experiences can be the best resource. This mentor program is just another layer of support we offer to new women drivers.
Safety is one of Koch’s four core values. Koch is committed to ensuring everyone’s safety by investing in and operating late-model equipment. We encourage and empower our drivers to operate cautiously while on the road. We support our women drivers with robust safety, maintenance and road service teams that are always available when necessary.
